Ive done a handfull of AG with an igloo 5 gal. Mash tun but im courious about trying biab & i did pick up a 5 gal. Paint strainer bag at Lowes if i decide i like it ill get a better bag,,
Ive got some grains i need to use up but theres not much maybe enough for a 1 to 2 gal. Batch (maybe)....
1.9 LBs of pilsner , 9.7 oz white Wheat , few pounds of Vienna , carapils. & crystal 10L,,
Think theres enough of pilsner and wheat to do a 1.5 gal. American wheat ?? Im thinking the pils would be ok instead of regular 2 row for a wheat beer ,
Ive got enough hops maybe 8 different kinds and some US-05....
Out of those grains what would you come up with ??
I dont mind doing a 1 gal. Batch just to use up the grain and to try biab.........

IMO you can easily mix pils and vienna as your base grain and for a wheat beer you can easily go 50/50 barley/wheat. I like the idea of using centennial blonde as a guide. Depending on how much vienna you have, you might comfortably get a 3G batch.

Waiting to hear your results.
