Vinator Dimension

I'm making my own bottle tree with pvc pipe and I see the vinator can be placed snuggly on top of store bought bottle tree.

What ID size of pipe should I use to best achieve this setup.
It looks like about a 1" center that comes down the bottom and then under the pan there's a few stems that come down to stay seated firmly on the tree.
Anyone try this before and have a good suggestion?

Just got mine in the mail today, comes with an adaptor for a mounting on the bottle tree, 2 3/8" ID for the bottletree side, bottom of the vinator is 2 1/4". bottom of the clear basin has a ring that is 2" OD.
