Anyone use these and have any experience with them for long term aging of sours.

Not with that one, but I use the BetterBottle DryTap with great success. I like it because it's "closed" unless there's a build up of pressure inside the carboy. So no chance of O2 creeping its way in.
 
I don't use BB's either. They're just the manufacturer of the DryTap product. They are slightly wider than a standard airlock, so it's a tight fit into a bung, but to me that a positive attribute as it makes sure the fitting really is air tight.

I've found these are bit easier to insert the DryTap into, and they seem to be completely impermeable to O2 (whereas the standard bungs are much more-so...check out this study that measured O2 diffusion through several types of airlocks and bungs).
 
That's an interesting read. If I read it correctly, using a 3 part or s shaped airlock still allows oxygen in.

Absolutely! Hence why I switched mine out for the red rubber cap and the DryTap. It's still not 100% O2-proof, but it's as close as I can get it with my setup.
