I saw the article about this and if I remember correctly, the cop just happened to be right there checking truck inspection stickers or something.
 
I dunno if you look at the car the cop is driving it's a high speed pursuit vehicle...


and the cop still went over to see if he could help him....
 
Anyone have a news story that accompanies the video? Looks like what happened in front of my house a week ago when a burgler met a tree.
