Beef man, no doubt about it. Not even sure I've ever had a chicken gravy.. don't think I want.

Now, I might pan fry some chicken and make a cream sauce with its fatty chunks, but I wouldn't consider a gravy... and neither would Bush, dammit.

Beef gravy, no contest. I made some the other day for some hot openfaced roast beef sandwiches, had some gravy leftover the next day so I decided to mix it in with the Mac and Cheese I made, now we're talking gourmet!!!

Thats actually "milk gravy" which kicks all other gravys in the ass and can be sausage, beef, chicken or any other flavor you want . . . but it makes me fart
