Valve Problems

I just drilled out a hole in my keg for brew pot setup and bought the weldless valve for draining. I installed the valve but can't get it to stop dripping the nipple seems a little short with this assemble. When i try to tighten it up is squeezes the oring to tight. i have the washer then o-ring next to the keg on the inside and locknut on the outside. Any Help would be nice. Thanks John

You want the o-ring next to the wall of the keg where it seals, not the washer, and you want o-rings on both the inside and outside.
