I'm a little confused about the hops used in this Beer. The Elysian web site says they use Sorachi Ace and finished with Amarillo. Beer advocate and Ratebeer commercial description states finished with Citra. I could swear that when I first made composed this recipe the Elysian web site stated that they used both. Do they change the recipe over time? Also I'd appreciate any critique of the recipe.
