OK - so I have got a vacuum pump (modified mini air compressor) setup along with a 'rainfresh' water filter and would like to use that to filter my wine.
I am just starting up with the homebrew so please bear with me.

I am planning to use the vacuum to transfer from Primary to Secondary, to Degas and also to pull the wine through the filter and then bottle.

I am making Skeeter Pee right now but will use this equipment for future batches.

Do I degas before filtering or after? Can I skip the sparkeloid since I am filtering (1 micron for whites / 5 micron for reds) or should I still use the fining agents first? Can I bottle right after going through the filter or do I need to let the wine rest a bit first?
 
If the wine was already clear, you can degas before or after (filtering it will knockout a lot of the CO2).

You don't want to run cloudy wine through the filter, or it will clog quickly. You want the wine mostly clear and use the filter to polish it a little more. So you need to use a fining agent or let it settle on its. Degassing can help the wine clear faster (with a fining agent or just on its own). Given enough time, it will degas and settle on it's own, but you can speed up the process.

You might need to rack off the sparkeloid once before you filter or plan to let everything settle again before bottling. I've made the mistake of sucking up some of the sparkeloid into the filter, which made the whole batch hazy and needed time to settle out again. If your racked off the fining agent first, I think you could try filtering and bottling at the same time.
