USing Primary Ferm CO2 to Force Carb Your Last Batch

Any experts here on force carbonating? I wondered if it was possible to force carb the last batch using the CO2 from the current primary, either directly or through storing it somehow.
 
CO2 is CO2 is CO2. If you have it and can push it in with enough pressure, it'll carb the beer fine.

You would need to push it in at at least 10-12psi to force the gas back into the finished beer.
 
Sure, if you ferment in a keg, you could get connections to sent the output co2 into the gas on your serving tank. You would probably need 2 gas so that you could expel anything over the pressure you want with a relief valve.
