I purchased the fastferment and a Cabernet wine kit last year. I combined the directions from the ferment and the wine kit and had wonderful results. My finished wine was at about 12% ABV. I decided to buy another wine kit. It was raspberry peach and was a red wine. Again I combined the directions only this time there was no action in the bubbler and no fermenting smell. When it was time to bottle I had tons of sediment that collected in the next of the fermenter resulting in me losing a lot of wine trying to run it clear. It has been aging in bottles for a couple of months. It tastes good but I don’t think it has very much if any alcohol in it. I am getting married in April and decided to buy a mascato wine kit to make and use at the reception. It is currently on day 5 of primary fermentation and let me tell you it is smelling up my house very much. Does anyone here have any experience with the fastferment and wine kits? I am wondering if I just got lucky with first batch and then did something wrong with second batch. I don’t want to mess this 3rd batch up cause it has a purpose....and I don’t want my wedding guest to be disappointed in the wine either. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You wont get a very good wine in the short time you have until your reception, especially a red.

You might get away with a white wine or possibly a "mist" style wine on such a short time.
I use a conical fermenter and it does work great, so it isn't the vessel. Most likely its rushing the process.

Let time help.
