Using BIAB Calculator???

Yes I have a question about the BIAB Calculator. See here in the picture https://i.imgur.com/Msp4JO7.png. It say that I need 4.59gal of total water needed now is that 4.59gal of water is what I use to conduct my BIAB . I am little confused about the 4.59gal total water needed?

That's the amount of water to put in your kettle before mashing in.
