Upgrade Time

I have been brewing BIAB for a year and I am fixing to upgrade to a Direct Fire Recirculating Mash System. My idea is to use my 6.5 gallon pot for my HLT, buy 2 new Bayou Classic 62qt SS pots, one for a MT and one for a BK. Add a bunch of goodies from Bargain Fittings and use a cheap food grade pump from Amazon until a Mach pump is in the budget. Everything will be mounted to a Camp Chef 2 burner stove. Below is the prices of the system I am thinking of. Can anyone think of anything else that will be required on this system or anything I might want to change. This is basically build off of the Brew TV episode with Will Wheaton and the Mega IPA they make. I have read that the bottoms of the Bayou Classic Pots are thin, Has anyone added a sheet of SS to the top of the Burner to make more of even heating surface and help with scorching and warping of the kettle?
