I am currently brewing 5 gallon all grain batches on my stove. I have a very powerful cook top, so it works okay. I would like to move my brewing outside and would also like the option to brew 10 gallon batches.
Here is my current setup:
-8.5 gal Turkey Fryer w/valve
-52 quart cooler
-25' x 3/8" wort chiller
-Bayou Classic propane burner (I haven't used it yet)
I currently use my turkey fryer as the HLT and BK.
Pieces to add:
-15 gallon kettle or keggle
-Propane burner
-DIY brew rig to move water/wort by gravity
Am I missing anything? Is the turkey fryer large enough to work as HLT on 10 gal batches? Will I need to upgrade my wort chiller?
Thanks.
