My last formula for an Aranciata was a little too basic, and it didn't taste as good. This one has a couple more ingredients, and has a more acitic and more Orangina-like taste. You will need:
1. 2 Tablespoons of an orange powdered drink like Tang, Gatorade, or Kool-Aid.
2. 2 lemon wedges.
3. 250ml to 500ml of Seltzer water.
4. 150-300ml of Orange Juice.
Step 1. Mix the Powder with the lemon juice, and stir.
Step 2. Carbonate the Seltzer water.
Step 3. Mix the powder, juices, and Seltzer together.
Step 4. Enjoy! :mug:

I have some Kumquat syrup on order (30% fruit) which I expect to mix into my sodastream bottle with a bit of lemonade frozen concentrate because they oversweeten syrups (for preservation purposes I guess). The fresh form is a delicacy that doesn't travel well I believe.

Kumquats have been called "the little gold gems of the citrus family".

Kumquats have a very distinctive taste. It is the only citrus fruit that can be eaten "skin and all." The peel is the sweetest part and can be eaten separately. The pulp contains the seeds and juice, which is sour. When eaten together, you get a sweet and sour taste which is unlike anything else. The seeds, however, should not be eaten.
