That's a good book to have. I had it till my dog tried to absorb the knowledge through the roof of her mouth. When I asked her if it worked, she told me "Yep, it worked great. Tasted even better!" I asked her how to make a Tripel; she couldn't tell me. Never trust a dog to remember...
