up and running went well except...

hit my gravitys, 80+ effc. but must have left almost 1.5 gallons in brewpot
hotbreak messed me up i think
anyone with experience with IC and hopstopper?

So... ...put that other 1.5 gallons in another fermenter and pitch some yeast! Do something experimental with it. OR You could dilute it to 1.030-40 and pressure can it for starter use as a starter wort.
