Thinking about pulling the trigger on this bad boy. I searched but can't seem to find a thread on it. I saw the brewha thread. My big concern is can I still brew typical 5.5g batches in this big of a pot? I'm wondering if the coil in the lid would be submerged at all.

Can't speak for the system you're looking at, but I own one of the Brausupply countertop systems and love it.

Steven, the owner (@brausupply) is very responsive to emails. You should write him and ask. He'll respond in short order I'm sure.

I would encourage you to contact Steven from Brau Supply.

He is in the process of updating his Brew In Conical Designs.

IMHO, the updates are really neat.....not to mention his new partnership with Brew Boss. Can't wait to see how they integrate the Brew Boss Controller with Brau Supply's Brew In Conical Systems.

I'm interested in the 75L system as well, but not as currently offered i.e. with immersion coil for fermentation temp control. (i have the SSBrewtech conical with FTSS and am not impressed)

They do sell a 75L jacketed conical as well (http://brausupply.com/collections/3-vessel-systems/products/pro-75l-jacketed-conical-fermentor) which I think is a better platform for fermentation control.
From the pics it looks like there are two ports in the coned section that could take an element. If true, the only outstanding question would be if the conicals of the unibrau and fermenter are the same base conical...that way we would know that the basket of the 75L unibrau fits the 75L jacketed conical.

(And yes, i'm familiar with the Brewha system...and it's crazy price).

I sent an email this morning with all these questions. We'll see.

As a side note, I already have an early Brew Boss system and would utilize that controller and heating element (which I rebuilt to be used with a tri-clamp fitting).
