I think I know what you guys are gonna say (RDWHAHB) but I'm sure this isnt the first time this is happened either so someone knows the results of this...
I'm brewed a cream ale last night with WLP001 and it blew the lid clean off the fermenter sometime in the last two or so hours. I was outside and didn't hear it. I checked in on it and wow...huge mess. I put a blow off tube to reduce the pressure but...
Anyways it was in a locked closet but what are the odds an infection or off flavors will set in on this batch?
