I had two kegs sitting in the fridge, force carbing at 16 psi through one tank on a splitter. I'm almost a week in and I checked to see how much Co2 was left: it had run out and the meter was reading around 3 psi?
Help, what's the best way to handle this? I've unhooked the 'ins' from both the kegs and plan on filling up the tank tomorrow. Has the beer been "flattening" since the tank ran dry? If I rehook up tomorrow will it be business as usual? I have to unhook and serve 10 days from now for a reception.
