Two Keg Problems

So I just started kegging. I have two kegs on tap and one force carbing. Here are two problems I have encountered -

1. When I pour a pint there is a ridiculous amount of head. It was fine for the first week or so. For some reason it just now got out of control. I tried dropping the pressure down a little but it didnt really work. My beer line is about 6 ft so it shouldnt be that it is too short.

2. One of my ball locks keeps leaking. It has happened twice. It just seems like it is not that good of a connection. I unhook it and connect it again and the problem goes away...at least for a while.

So can anyone help me with this?

ball lock leak - did you replace the post o-rings? Also use a bit of keg lube on the o-ring to help make a tight seal.

+ 1 on replacing the o-rings and putting some lube on the o-rings as well.

As for the one that has become excessively foamy, you said the beer line is 6 ft which seems within the normal range, but you did not say what psi you had going to the keg, or if the entire line is chilled. For common ales 10-12 psi is a pretty fair place to start with your psi. If the line is very warm towards the tap you can get foam. If the foam is from to high a tapping psi, then it can take several days to bleed back down to a reasonable level once the psi is reduced.
