Does anyone have experience using turbo malts?
Like those seen here: Scroll to "Durst malting"

The turbo pils looks interesting, but I can only imagine that it sacrifices some flavor from the extra modification. There's a reason Pilsner malt isn't super-modified in the first place, isn't there?
 
Interesting, I've never seen "turbo malts" before. They say it's best for single infusion, but since just about everything sold these days is suited to single infusion, I can only speculate that their regular malts are LESS modified than most homebrewing malts and their turbo versions are what we think of as normal.
