Trying my first All Grain today...

Doing a 5 gal Fat Tire clone. Grains are mashing at 152. Batch sparging here I come. :rockin:

I am 5 minutes from decoction 2 on an all grain Oktoberfest.

OK so I was low on my OG. Target was 1.051 but I was at 1.045. Also my yeast exploded when I opened the bottle. I'm not sure how much I lost, hopefully it won't be an issue though.
