Anyone know what that is? I'm doing my first barrel fermented/ conditioned beer. Blend of a Belgian double and "Kreik"(cherry ale, not true lambic). 1 month in barrel and this popped up within the last week. Is it mold or some yummy form of little nasty that's developing?
Smells delicious and doesn't taste off but I'm new and cautious to the barrel world. Thanks!!!
