Hi!
I'm looking to do an partial mash in style of Kona Brewing's "Big Wave" golden ale. I love the tropical, flowery/fruity scent of the hopping in it. Any recommendations of what hops should I get?

Check out the New Zealand hops from the likes of Midwest & Northern Brewer. They have tropical fruity flavors I use in my Maori IPA.

I don't know what Kona uses in theirs, but I've used a lot of Citra and found similar flavors. I made an IPA recently that used 2 oz Chinook for bittering and 2 oz Citra for flavor. It was a tropical fruit bomb! Massive flavor of passion fruit, grapefruit, and citrus. I only wish I had used more Citra. I meant to dry hop, but didn't feel like adding more time to my process.
