So I am a new to brewing and we jumped into a triple IPA....I KNOW I SHOULDNT HAVE this early in my brewing adventure and I told my buddy who I brew with that but we LOVE them so much that we couldnt wait so that was my first mistake, hahahaha.

Anyways, so we added a crazy amount of hops during the boil, 10 oz of hops I believe from start to finish and we thought we had 5.5 gallons of water left (should have made it 6, we are losing a lot with some must trub), I guess my question is, I have another 5.5 ozs of hops that are going to be dry hopped but I am worried about how much trub is already in there should I transfer this to a secondary before I dry hop? I know that using a secondary is very debated among brewers but I thought I would throw it out there.

It's all personal preference when it comes to dryhopping... I've done both, primary and secondary. For my next IIPA that I do I plan to do a multi stage dryhop, the first stage in primary then rack to keg, purge with CO2 and do a second addition, and possibly even a 3rd addition.
 
Trub is trub, whether it's in primary or secondary. May consider cold-crashing before bottling and / or running through one of those really fine nylon bags on your way from whatever vessel you have into your bottling bucket so you don't gum up your bottling wand, if you're bottling.

I have a kegging system as well but wouldnt your first couple beers be all hop partials if you dry hopped in the keg?
 
I dry hop my medium gravity pale ales in the primary, but the big boys always get racked to a secondary so I'm dry hopping beer in a "cleaner" stage. Just a personal preference.

Racking cleanly off of yeast trub is no big deal.
Racking around floating hops debri is no big deal.

Racking around floating hops debri that is comingled with trub sludge, gets a bit dicey for me.
 
I just finished making my first triple IPA recently, and it turned out AWESOME! It has 4 dry hop additions, and this is how I did it. Is it the best way? I don't know, but it worked wonderfully.

The first dry hop addition was put in the primary on day 5 at 1.012 gravity, with an expected FG of 1.010 and left for 4 days. I then racked into a corny keg (you said you have a kegging setup) to use as a secondary, added the second addition in a hop sock on a string and purged the keg. Every 4 days, I pulled the sock out and replaced it with the third and fourth additions, and purged well each time.

After all the dry hopping, I put it in the keezer and force carbed it. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, and no hops in the keg. I have a racking cane filer from more beer, which made racking into the keg easy even with hops in the primary, and after that the hops were always in a hop sock.

Anyway, I hope that helps. I have been enjoying my Pliny the Younger clone for about a month, and the hops appear to be dropping out of it little by little, but it is still super exciting and delicious every time I pour some.
