After being patient for seven weeks since I've bottled the Noble Trappist Ale, cracked one open today after finishing the bottling of the Dark Dunkel Weizen. Trappist turned out awesome, one 22oz bottle gave me pretty good buzz too.:drunk: It looks good, smells good and tastes good. I wonder if it changes by time if I were to be a bit more patient. Just wanted to share my joy of success. Happy brewing.:mug:
