Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any info on what equipment I would need in order to transfer nitrogen gas from a larger cylinder (80 cubic ft) to a smaller one (20 cubic ft). I've never done it before, so i don't even know if it's possible. The smaller tanks are easier to handle, but I would like to save some time from having to go back and forth to the gas distributor just to top them up. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

My LHBS fills my beer gas cylinder from a biiiiig cylinder - directly.
So it can be done, all you really need is the plumbing between the cylinder valves.

The typical portable mixed-gas cylinder sports a CGA-580 valve.
So you'd need mating couplers for both cylinders (whatever the styles) and high pressure piping in between...

Cheers!
