$10 a bottle? That's the cheapest I've heard of. I'd be buying it too. It's a shame the Kriek is that much more.

I've got a few now but still haven't drank any. Finally tossed one in the fridge tonight to drink in the near future. I agree it's a shame the Kriek is so much more.

The boxes I sent with Canti in a BIF on TalkBeer landed. The point of this BIF is to use one 12 bottle styrofoam shipper box to send whatever you want, and you can cut up the styorfoam all you want. If the recipient team (2 people) are able to finish the entire box in a day between the 2 of them, they are entered in a drawing to win another box. Canti and I tried to make it impossible to finish in one day, but they are confident they can. There are about 20 teams in this BIF. The pictures of what we sent are on the link, the second box was for Swag and DVDs.

Epic? Not so much. I was really looking forward to that one but didn't really enjoy it at all. Had it on tap and bottle. I didn't realize just how bad it was until I had a BCBCS. Now that is what a whiskey barrel aged coffee stout is supposed to taste like.
But tastes differ, so others may think it's great.

Dude we said the same thing last night. We did the vanilla first then the coffee. Both of us were under impressed. Then we broke out BCBCS and HF genealogy of morals and knew THATs how an imp stout should be.

Came home from training to find this waiting for me. Seemed like Christmas and the presents just went on and on, not pictured are two stickers as well. Really great box from Malin!

A nice little pick up while in Wichita for the weekend. The place said they had Cantillon on their website, but they didnt! I was bummed about that, but overall a nice haul for KS. I havent had any of these yet except the Boulevard so any suggestions on aging any of them are welcome.

Also, what are peoples thoughts about the Beast? They had 3 or 4 of this 2008 batch so I picked up a couple.

I didn't think Off color distributed outside of Illinois. Drink that troublesome, don't age it.

I was very surprised to see those, thats why I grabbed two. They also had Scurry but I passed that up. Are those the only two none collab beers they brew?

And this place was pretty cool. Their website listed Ballast Point, Cantillon, and others that dont normally distribute here. The owner must have an in with someone important.

Oh, and if you are ever opening a bubble wrapped can with a box knife, be very careful. I murdered one of my extras and it's entrails are on every surface of my kitchen. ;)

That happened to me with a heady...

So I just dropped $80 at fedex to ship an eMaw, a bMaw, and my sour swap. Guess I'm done for a week or 2

They have others but those are their two most common ones that I see. I don't really like scurry, has a goofy taste to me, but troublesome is great

Random bottle shop find.

The big one is for my sour swap recipient. The little one is all mine.

And, I should have a box of Almanac waiting for me when I get home.

And the return box is even prettier:

Citrus Mistress is first up as soon as it is cooled. I don't even remember what I sent as extras (or if that murder story refers to this box) - but if the beer you killed was an Alteration I'll remember that for a future box. Thanks again dude!

It was an alteration. Luckily you sent two :) There should have been a Logsdon Seizoen in there, hope I didn't send it to the wrong guy.
