I'm bored with the big beers I've been brewing. What I need is a new beer! Last Saturday I hooked up a fresh keg and had two pints before I realized that I was smashed and had to go take a nap.

Anymore, every Saturday when I sit down to brew, I'm twisting around trying to find beers that I haven't made. And then, it's like a race to pack as much sugar into the beer as I can to get the highest ABV I can. Don't ask me why. I don't know anymore.

What I need is a more sustainable Belgian: a more tightly controlled style that can be provided with nuance and character. Not 'The Wrastler' as such beers may be more colloquially known.

Any ideas?

how bout a tastey wheat beer or a kolsch...something lighter bodied and lower ABV?
