Figured I'd post up an intro. My name's Will, I am 29, I work as a Cummins technical trainer (diesel engines.) I am from Berks county PA, in the woods.
My girlfriend's family is in the beginning stages of opening a legit winery and distillery in VA (both permits are approved by the state, but can't be sold until recipes labels etc are approved).
She's a hardcore wine person, I am more of a bourbon and beer kind of person, but the wine thing intrigues me. Just trying to find a source to ask some questions without inundating her father constantly!
