topping up

Any thoughts on topping up a muscat concentrate? Done fermenting. Bought muscat concentrate and dont want to sweeten yet as it is not clear.

Buy a bottle at the liquor store and dump it in.

Will that start fermentation again as they are normally Sweet wines?

Commercial wine would be stabilized other wise IT would re-start.
