I just syphoned my wine from the fermenting bucket to the glass carboy. I'm worried that as I continue clearing, the carboy will get kind of low. What are my options?
Thanks

best thing to do is to make more wine than your carboy can hold, then hold some in another bottle or demijohn. Another option is to top off with a similar wine or do a blend. Consider adding some oak cubes/xoakers/Spirals. Short of that, sanitized glass marbles are kind of the standard for taking up some volume. Avoid colored ones, as some of those might leach metals.
