I've got a long weekend coming up and just picked up some new brewing equipment (Bayou Classic 16 inch square burner and an immersion chiller).

I'd like to try it out on Monday the 20th, but the current weather report projects it might be in the high 30s.

I have to cook outside.

So do I not worry about it or am I out of luck?

Thanks.

You should be okay in terms of mechanics. I did my 1st lager last Sunday when it was 37 and a steady 15-20 mph wind. Got kinda miserable near the end, but the beer came out fine!
