2 lbs Brown Rice Syrup
1 lb rice syrup solids
1 lb amber candi sugar
8 oz blackstrap
5 oz maltodextrin
1oz simcoe
1 oz summit

60 min - simcoe
45 min - 1/2 oz Summit, yeast nutrient, irish moss
55 min - 1/2 oz Summit

goals for secondary - 1/2 oz of summit in 2.5 gallons and 2.5 gallons with cranberry, granny smith and orange for X-mas
