I ended up with 3.3 gallons at 1.047.
Sorry for my childish first response... I gotta say though, I really like seeing hand-written recipes. Do you use any software or do you do it all 'manually' when you come up with a recipe? I see so many 'brewsmith' or whatnot screencaps on here I wonder if I'd be deemed as 'living in the stone age' on here as I like do everything with what remains of my own brain.
Anywho; Thanks for the 'Life-Choices Affirming' pic of a nice hand-written recipe!

I do keep a brewlog on my laptop once the batch is done, but start out using a hand written copy that I keep handy as I brew as I'd much rather have an accidental spill in a piece of notebook paper.
