I am making a Honey Hef and using Wyeast American Wheat yeast.
I brewed and pitched the yeast 6 days ago and the bubbles and krausen have been really uneventful, until today.
I checked it today and the krausen is swirling on its own and I am really glad I used a blow off tube, its really fun to watch.
Anyway, glad I read up on these forums because I probably would have given up a few days ago and started over.
