Hi all- I bottled a tasetfully (hopefully) hefeweizen 2 weeks ago and am about to put it in the fridge. I want to take some of the bottles on a vacation in about 2 weeks and am wondering if I should refrigerate all of them now and take a few with me (they will get back to room temp) or just leave the few that I want to take with me at room temp. Any thoughts?

Do you know if they're fully carbed and/or conditioned yet or NOT?

In others words, stick a couple in the fridge and test them BEFORE you commit to chilling the rest. No point in interrupting carbing and conditioning if they're not ready yet.
