Will anything bad happen if you pitch to much yeast? I want to make Apfelwein so i'm paranoid about using a 5 gram packet of wine yeast..

Can anything bad happen if you use to much? Or just don't worry about it? Seems like Yeast is limited by the availability of O2 anyway.
 
You'll be fine. If you're worried about the taste then just rack it off the sediment a few times after fermentation/cold blast it out of suspension. :)
