Embarrassing to admit but I've been lurking these forums for almost a year now learning probably most about what I know about brewing from you guys... Edwort, FlyGuy, David_42, Yuri_Rage, Bobby_M.... gosh the list just goes on and on...
These days I still lurk around to figure out the best heating element for my boiler or MLT.... definitely watching the automated brewing stuff. Learned to fly sparge here. A programmer myself (older days) and looking at some of the microcontrollers out there, I just like the idea of hooking my whole system up to a computer and having it manage and log all the cool stuff.
I brew almost weekly. It's my personal therapy and help me to relax. And yyou know, the wife really doesn't mind the smell at all.
So finally - after a long pause - hi to all!
