I ordered some of their clearance hops a few weeks ago and they hadn't arrived. I contacted them and they said the order had accidentally fallen through the cracks. They not only knocked 10% off my order but they shipped it for free and threw in an extra 2oz of hops. I got 16oz of hops for $14 shipped. 
Their customer service and communication were excellent.
