This is certainly at the top of my agenda to try out, thanks for posting up the recipe.
My previous question was intended for this post. Did you have trouble with the aroma fading having it in the primary for so long?
I transferred min to a secondary after 10 days in the primary and it smells incredible!

smokinj said:You could go either way with probably similar results. Im my opinion, though, the oils are more the player in this beer than the acid so I'd stick with the recipe. May be a tad more bitter but you'll keep the flavor and aroma levels.
