Thread size for ball-lock posts?

Anyone know what the thread size/pitch is for Corny ball-lock keg posts (not Firestone)? How can you adapt or attach a standard pipe thread fitting to one of these posts?

I have not verified, but google says 19/32" - 18

That's what I came up with too, but where does a person find an adaptor for this? Or do we just buy the tap or die to make standard pipe thread fit?

I hadn't run across that supplier before and none of the ones I did have had any of those fittings. Thanks for the link.

Look for either flair or compression tube fittings. Some of them have the same thread sizes as Corny kegs.

Tried a flare and it doesn't fit the threads for a corny keg post. Looks like the cheapest/fastest fix is just to buy a Firestone post and then it can be connected to a standard 3/8"flare. Thanks.
