Last night I racked my Brewers Best wheat beer to secondary. I won't be able to bottle for a few more days.

After racking I noticed the white spots at the top (today).

Did my research and the general consensus seems to be "no biggie". Wanted a second opinion. Any thoughts?

There's usually a little bit of crud from dry dead yeast particles, trub, etc... you've gotten to that point that the alcohol in the beer is enough to ward off most infections, unless you deliberately inoculate with a culture of something, or pour it into a dirty, stinky carboy.

It was just reflection.

My schedule changed and I was able to pick up the bottles I needed. Straight out of the carboy this tastes, looks and smells like an exact Blue Moon clone. I put some in a glass and handed it to my wife and she thought it was blue moon.

Makes sense, it was a wheat beer kit. Just didnt expect it to be of that quality.

At the same time I had a Watermelon Wheat ready to bottle. That seemed to be a bit more high quality (wasnt just malt extract. Contained some grains).

All in in all I'm very happy with the results. I now have 6 cases of beer with another kit to brew in a few weeks
