Living on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Trying to learn as much as I can about this wonderful hobby. Attended an All-Grain brewing event the past weekend and I am hooked. Will start with a Honey Ale/Honey Wheat within a few weeks.

Are you thinking of starting with all-grain, or are you going to try extract first?
