Have you never seen that video that Revvy posts all the time of the guy that opens beers at various stages of carbonation?

After watching that video I think my beer's quick carbonation might have to do with the insane fermentation it went through and the obscene amount of CO2 it produced... The one I poured last night gave me about a pinky width amount of creamy white head and the beer had a little less than the amount of carbonation I wanted but the beer continued to produce bubbles until i was down to the last quarter of a mug... plenty of lacing and head retention but no beercano at all... I might crack one of the testers open later to take a video of and see what you all think...
Too bad beer and women aren't the same... that guy is getting a lot of head...
