If you do decide to go to Hay Merchant the manager is a good friend. PM me and I can see if he will be working. He handles most of the beer decisions there.

Hahaha figure it's a good way to break up the drive a little bit from NOLA, where I'm crashing the night before. I'll definitely stop by Hay Merchant. Thanks for the recs and see (some of) you guys in a couple weeks!

**** yeah. the 2 bao + fat fries (bulgogi) lunch combo is one of the best dishes in town.

my wife works near there and on my Fridays off sometimes we'll split the 3 baos + fat fries combo. sometimes I'll just destroy it myself.

I'll be at the ColdWater in Austin, western part of town on the river (south side of the river) next to Zilker park! Also does it count if I went NJ>DC>FL>Austin?

I am just hoping that Oklahoma folks are reasonable with American Solera. When Chase is on his game, his stuff is great. I have heard that he is very proud of what is coming out, and I am excited to try it. I just hope I don't have to trade an arm and a leg to get it.
