So I've been homebrewing for almost 4 years now and have moved to AG on a cooler mash tun in the last year. I am wondering what the best way to learn about the more technical side of brewing e.i single tier HERMS/RIMS and more advanced DIY projects. I'm not that tech/mechanics savvy so it would probably be best to start simple and work my way up. Alot of the posts in this forum are over my head at this point. Any information would be appreciated.

You can check out the Electric Brewery page. Its got a pretty nice description of a bunch of stuff, and you can start out fairly basic and work your way up from there. Depending on what kind of background you have, it might be a place to start.
