I thought it was only a portion of the Miramar facility that was going to be shuttered...assuming I read the article correctly.

They only closed the barrel aging/sour part of their Trade St. location in Mirarmar. The Scripps/Old Grove location was sold to Boochcraft.

Once the mango, watermelon, habanero, ginger, etc. variants of Swinging Friar hit shelves, everything will turn around.

I read about using kefir in place of buttermilk so I bought some and I'm hooked already!

Literally the only kombucha worth drinking is the stuff that is high in sugar and fruit content. Like GT's Watermelon one is great, but only because you know that **** is unhealthy for you.
