agreed i love that glass wish i had more with that shape, also hows batch 100 compared to 60? 60 is incredible

100 is good (rated it a 3 on untappd), but nowhere good as 60 (rated a 4 but closer to 4.25) when I had it earlier in the year. As you can see from the picture, the carb on this is really weak. You get some citrus from the kumquats and centennial hops, but it had a sugary feel to it. I seem to have a weird sensitivity to some brett that it ends up tasting like popcorn and 100 had that to me. I still have one more bottle of 100 that I'll drink in a few months to see how it's changed.

That's not brett. That's diacetyl, which brett should clean up with time. But CS beers have gotten really bad about clearing it before release.

It wasn't the butter flavor I associate with diacetyl though, like what Persica from last year tasted like. That's why I didn't want to say it was clearly a diacetyl problem. It's something I've tasted in a bunch of different beers that are brett focused. It's not buttery, but more just like a plain corn/popcorn flavor.

Huh. Could be DMS, also...

agreed, this and certain snifter shapes are my favorites, but this tulip is probably the best all around glass for a great nose and drink in my opinion.

No problem shoot me a message I bought 2 in europe for this bottle.
