Proper enough :)

oh dat glass

Thoughts? I was thinking about making an order.
First off - I dont know what guarana is like to be able to comment on how much it plays a part in this beer if it does its subtle.

Its very similar to sante 16. Copper in color with a flavor upfront thats kinda fruity/malty but not quite....herbal and grassy mostly with a firm bitterness and almost a vegetative flavor. The nose is phenolic with plenty of crushed black pepper.

Strange. Glad to have tried it but would probably not buy again. Im not a fan of bitter tomes. Not only was this bitter but it had that classic peppery saison spice that im use to having in other saisons but not fantome...

Don't I recall you hating last years batch? How's this one?
You are correct. Thanks for recognizing the fact that im retarded for buying a 4-pack of these hoping they were nothing like last years abortion in a bottle.

While this years is not revolting, its not good either. Its overly spiced tasting like you are licking an autumn air freshener while chewing on a cinnamon stick. If that isnt bad enough, throw in some decaying vegetal matter for good measure.
